Chicken Stew
Ingredients
1. Chicken : One medium size chicken
2. Onion: 4-5 medium size Ginger: 2 inch
3. Garlic: 20 flakes
4. Whole red chilli: 4-5(add more for hot)
5. Black peper: 10
6. Clove: 3
7. Cardamom: 4 green, and one black
8. Cinnamom: Small stick
9. Bay leaves: 2
10. Salt & oil: As requied
11. Green coriander leaves: 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Chop onions and finely chop ginger and garlic.
- Break whole red chilli into small pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker and put in chicken pieces, chopped (onion, ginger, garlic).
- Red chilli, whole black pepper, clove, cardamon (green&black), cinnamom and bay leaves.
- Now add oil and salt (as much you wish)
- Close the lid and after one whistle open it.
- Cook till it leaves the oil
- Add finely chopped a half bunch of green coriander leaves.
- Cook for more two minutes.
Note: (if you have time you can garnish with brown onion rings)
