  • 1/4 kg - vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 bottle - soda, chilled
  • 2 tbsp - pineapple syrup
  • 1 - canned pineapple
  • 1/4 cup - chopped canned cherries
  • 1 thin slice - sweet lime

How to Make Ice-cream Soda Fizz

  • Cut the canned pineapple into small chunks. Use a long conical glass.
  • Pour syrup at bottom, add 1 scoop ice-cream.
  • Beat well till smooth. Add remaining scoops.
  • Pour soda gently onto ice-cream.
  • Allow to froth till brim.
  • Top scoop with pineapple and then cherry.
  • Slit lime along radius. Insert into wall of glass for decoration.
  • Serve instantly, with remaining soda in bottle if desired to be added.
