  • 10 Dates
  • 6 Almonds
  • 3 cups - Milk

How to Make Oats, Dates and Almonds Milkshake

  • Dry roast oats till a nice nutty aroma comes.
  • Chop almonds and dates roughly.
  • Grind oats, almonds, dates with milk until a creamy consistency is reached.
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Garnish with dates and almonds and serve chilled.
