Ingredients

  • 1 - avocado peeled and mashed
  • 2 - onions chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp - lettuce chopped
  • 1 - sprig onion green chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - olive or salad oil
  • 1/2 tbsp - white vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp- sugar

How to Make Avocado Summer Salad

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing and chill.
  • Mix all ingredients for salad - except lettuce - and chill.
  • Just before serving, pour dressing, add lettuce, toss well.
  • Serve chilled.
