  • 4 - Brown bread slices
  • 1/2 cup - Cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 2 tbsp - Light fresh cream
  • 1 cup - Mix fruits, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • 4 tbsp - Grated coconut

How to Make Open Fruit Sandwich

  • In a blender, blend cottage cheese, fresh cream and honey to a fine paste.
  • In a bowl take finely chopped fruits and mix honey.
  • Toast the bread slices and spread the fine paste of cottage cheese on the slices.
  • Now, put the finely chopped fruits on the top of bread slices and garnish with freshly grated coconut and serve.
