Green Plantain Fry
Ingredients
Green plantains - 2
Chilli powder - 1/2 table spoon
Tumeric poder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
- Cut the plantain into thick (2 inch) round pieces
- Mix throughly with the chilli powder,tumeric powder and salt and
keep it for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the plantain pieces.
It goes well with Sambar rice.
