Hi,
I am Sumathi. This recipe is for a glass, especially for persons who make "dinner-on-the-run". You can make a glass of lassi in 2-3 minutes. It tastes as good as the one you get it in restaurants. Try it out!

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

Kern's Mango Nector (Juice)
Plain Yogurt (5% or regular)
Sugar
Cardamom Powder
Mango pulp- optional

Method:

  1. Take 1/3 glass of Yogurt, add 2-3 tea spoons of sugar, add a pinch of cardamom powder, stir well for a minute to mix it.
  2. Add 2/3 glass of the Mango Juice, stir again. Enjoy!

Note:

Adjust the yogurt/Juice/sugar to your taste, depending on how rich or sweet you want the lassi to be.
You may also add 1-2 T.sp of the mango pulp per glass, for a richer version. I would estimate a carton of Mango Juice (64 oz) and a 32 oz container of plain yogurt would make 12-15 glasses of lassi.
