I am Deepali. Here is a quick and nutritious recipe for Soyabean Nuggets Curry.

Soyabean Nuggets Curry

Ingredients

15 Soyabean Nuggets
16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetable Pack
1 Medium Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
4 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Dhania Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Oil

Method:

  1. Soak Soyabean Nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes till soft. Squeeze out all the water from the nuggets.
  2. Place Mixed Vegetable in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil and fry finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger & green chillies.
  4. Add Dhania Powder, Haldi Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and then add Tomato puree. Stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Add Soyabean Nuggets and Mixed Vegetable. Stir and keep it covered on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  6. To serve, garnish with 1 tbsp curd and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Goes well with parontha, phulka.
