Soyabean Nuggets Curry
Ingredients
15 Soyabean Nuggets
16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetable Pack
1 Medium Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
4 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Dhania Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Oil
Method:
- Soak Soyabean Nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes till soft. Squeeze out
all the water from the nuggets.
- Place Mixed Vegetable in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger & green chillies.
- Add Dhania Powder, Haldi Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and then add Tomato
puree. Stir for 3 minutes.
- Add Soyabean Nuggets and Mixed Vegetable. Stir and keep it covered on
medium flame for 5 minutes.
- To serve, garnish with 1 tbsp curd and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Goes well with parontha, phulka.
