Ladies' finger Raitha
Ingredients
Ladies finger- 250 gms
Yogurt -2 1/2 cups
chilli powder- 3/4 tsp
For seasoning:
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Curry leaves
Garnishing :
Coriander leaves
Method :
- Cut the ladies' finger into small round pieces.
- Heat oil and add seasonings and fry ladies' finger. Add chilli powder.
- After it is cooked, add beaten yogurt and salt. Garnish with coriander
leaves.
