Ladies' finger Raitha

Ingredients

Ladies finger- 250 gms
Yogurt -2 1/2 cups
chilli powder- 3/4 tsp

For seasoning:

Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Curry leaves

Garnishing :

Coriander leaves

Method :

  1. Cut the ladies' finger into small round pieces.
  2. Heat oil and add seasonings and fry ladies' finger. Add chilli powder.
  3. After it is cooked, add beaten yogurt and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
