Hi, I am Anagha staying at SantaClara California with my husband. Here is a simple Raita recipe. Hope you all enjoy it.

Bundi Raita

Ingredients

1 cup Bundi
Butter milk or curd 2 cup
Salt and Pepper for taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method

  1. Mix salt & pepper and chopped coriander leaves to butter milk or curd and refrigerate it.
  2. While serving add Bundi to it.
  3. If the curd is thick add little water.
