Hi, I am Gayathri Hariharan. I live in Laurel, Maryland. My mom taught me this and I don't think anybody can beat this quick method kaaju kathli!!

The earlier recipe were Baghara Baingan and Vengaya Thugayal (Onion Chutney)

Instant Kaaju Burfi

Ingredients

1 cup kaaju powdered
3/4 cup sugar powder
1/4 teaspoon milk
1-2 drops of kewra essense
Silver foil optional

Method:

  1. Mix the kaaju powder and powdered sugar with the milk and add the essence too.
  2. Then put the whole lump in between butter paper and roll it to 1/2" thick and garnish it with silver foil.
  3. Then cut it to desired shape and store.
