Hi,
I am Mrs. Shital Shisode from Pune, Maharashtra [India]. I am a Software Engineer residing in California, USA. Beet root is one of those things which does not taste good if eaten raw. But I have a nice recipe which is relished by my husband Deepak and my relatives. It doesn't take long to prepare it too. So have fun cooking and eating !
Bye for now,
Shital
