Hi,
This is Anand here. I would like to share this recipe with you which happens to be one of my favourites. I live in Houston and enjoy cooking for friends and family.

Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

500 gms minced chicken
2 onions minced fine
11/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp pepper powder
2 potatoes boiled and mashed
3-5 tbsp flour
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix together all ingredients until well blended and divide into 12 to 15 equal portions.
  2. Shape into cutlets.
  3. If the mixture is too moist add 1 or 2 extra tablespoon of flour.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Drain off excess oil in a kitchen towel.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney and potato chips.
