Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
500 gms minced chicken
2 onions minced fine
11/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp pepper powder
2 potatoes boiled and mashed
3-5 tbsp flour
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix together all ingredients until well blended and divide into 12 to
15 equal portions.
- Shape into cutlets.
- If the mixture is too moist add 1 or 2 extra tablespoon of flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
Drain off excess oil in a kitchen towel.
- Serve hot with green chutney and potato chips.
