Carrot Raitha

Ingredients

3-4 Carrots
Ginger- Small bit
Coconut (grated) - 2 tsps
Green Chilli - 1
Mustard, Urad dhall & Hing (pinch) for seasoning
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots & set aside.
  2. Grind ginger, coconut & green chilli in the mixie.
  3. Add the obtained paste to curd along with grated carrots.
  4. Season with mustard, urad & hing.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Salt not to be forgotten.

This would be a good side dish for Fried Rice & Rotis. You can try.
