Carrot Raitha
Ingredients
3-4 Carrots
Ginger- Small bit
Coconut (grated) - 2 tsps
Green Chilli - 1
Mustard, Urad dhall & Hing (pinch) for seasoning
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the carrots & set aside.
- Grind ginger, coconut & green chilli in the mixie.
- Add the obtained paste to curd along with grated carrots.
- Season with mustard, urad & hing.
- Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Salt not to be forgotten.
