I am Kavita Baberwal from Pittsburgh, USA. This curry takes less time to cook
and with very less spices to add on. Within few mins my Mixed Vegetable Curry
is ready.

Mixed Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
1/4 Gobhicut into small pieces
25 Beans evenly cut into pieces
5-6 Baby Whole Potatoes
4 Carrots sliced neatly (Either round or Length Wise)
1 large Green Pepper shapely cutted
1/2 Round shape cutted Cucumber
2 small Green Chillies
3 Choped Tomatoes or Paste of it
1/2 Black Pepper
1 tsp Turmaric Powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Fresh green Coriender leaves
Salt to taste
Method
- Palce all the vegetables along with Tomatoes and salt into a microwave dish and Microwave it for 5 mins.
- Place oil in a frying pan, add mustard seed and turmaric powder, Green
chillies into it. Then add The mixed Microwaved Vegetables into it
- Add Garam Masala, Black Pepper into it and cook for 2 mins
- Sprinkle it with Corinder Leaves
