Spinach Raita
Ingredients
1 can frozen spinach
1tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 onion
1 green chilli
2 cups yoghurt
salt to your tast
Method
- Thaw frozen spinach in a casserole as per the directions and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tsp oil.
- Add cumin seeds.
- After 1 minute add finely chopped
onion (1/2) and 1 green chilli split longitudinally. Fry til the onion
looks transparent. Add this to the thawed spinach.
- Add yogurt, some
water and salt.
Yummy spinach raita is ready. Enjoy!
