Coktail Raitha
Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot (Medium Sized)
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
1 Boiled Potato
1 Cabbage (Small)
1 Cup Sprouted Moong Dal (If Required U Can Par Boil)
1 Cup Sprouted Kala Channa (Boiled, Optional)
1/2 Kg Sweet Curd
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Jeera powder freshly made
Salt to taste
Coriander finely Chopped.
Method
- Dice all vegetables into small pieces.
- Take curd put pepper salt & little coriander & beat it nicely.
- Mix all diced vegetables & sprouts into curd if required you can add
cut green chilli also.
- Garnish with jeera powder & Coarinder & Serve Chilled with any meals.
