Kheema Fry

Ingredients

Kheema - 250 gms
Onions - 2 small
Tomato - 1 medium sized
Fresh Green Peas - 1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Red Chillie Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Put oil in a kadai or a frying pan.
  2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder , ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped onions in hot oil.
  3. Saute onions till light brown and add into it finely chopped tomato.
  4. Saute it till cooked properly and add into it the chillie powder and garam masala.
  5. Stir well and add kheema to it.
  6. Stir the mixture till oil leaves the sides and add some water to cook the kheema.
  7. After kheema gets properly cooked add salt and green peas,stir well and serve with hot paraths or rotis.
