Dates and Almond Chocolate
Ingredients
Fresh White Butter -1 Tbl.sp
Finely chopped seedless Soft Dates -3Tbl.sps
Blanched, sliced Almonds - 1 1/2 Tbl.sps
Method:
- Heat butter in a sauce pan till it melts
- Add dates and stir in reduced flame till it becomes a thick pulp.
- Mix sliced nuts, powdered sugar, Remove from fire.
- Make small balls when the mixture is still warm
- Dry the balls for 1/2 an hour before stuffing.
