Fried Tofu (Soyabean Curd) Curry
Ingredients
4 or 5 pieces of tofu
Spring onions
Bean sprouts
2 green chillies
Method:
- Fry the tofu in a li'l oil after seasoning it with turmeri
powder, chilli poder & salt.
- Once it turns golden brown keep it aside. In the
same oil add mustard seeds, urad dhal, 2 dried chillies & fry till
the mustard seeds splutter & dhal turns colour.
- Add to this green chillise,
spring onions & bean sprouts 7 fry them for a short while.
- After about 7 min
or so, they will be cooked.
- Add salt while cooking.
- Now you may add the the
pre fried tofu 7 allow them to blend for 10 minutes.
- Off the stove and
serve it always hot.
- You may vary the seasoning, ingredients according to
your imagination.
