Hi,
I am Ashwini Reddy from Denver and would like to share the recipe of
this simple yet delicious RAITA. This raita goes well with any pulavs.

Carrot-Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
Yogurt - 2 cup
Sour Cream - 1 1/2 spoon
Carrot-1/4 (large carrot or two baby carrots)
Cucumber-1/4
Onion1/4
Cilantro-less than half bunch
Salt (All the above ingredients may vary.)
Method:
- Cut the onions and cucumber into very small pieces.
- Grate the Carrot and keep it aside.
- Mix the yogurt with sour cream and mix it properly. Add salt to it.
- Add the cut onions, cucumber, and grated carrot.
- Add the cilantro, but it's mostly for decorative purpose.
The Raita is ready to serve.
