Ingredients
1/2 cup Chicken (diced into pieces)
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 cup Potato Chips
1 cup Dry Noodles (dry roasted till golden brown) or 1 cup Namkeen Sev
1 tbsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
1/4 cup Onions (finely chopped)
1 small Tomato (finely chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt for
10 min.
- Stir fry the chicken with little oil in a pan. Cook in medium and
cool it.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add chicken to it.
- Spinkle some salt and pepper. Mix them well and serve immediately.
Taste it. Oooh ...delicious!
