I am Poonam from Bihar. But i living at Louisville (USA) with my husband. I am a house wife. My hobby is cooking. I am giving you my husband and his friend favourite nonveg recipe chicken curry. This recipe is very easy to make.

Chicken Curry

Ingredients

Any chicken - 2 lb
Red Chillies - 5
Yogurt - 1 cup
Onion - 1 lb
Ginger-paste 2 tsp
Garlic-4 full small size
Coriander Powder- 4 tsp
Red chillies powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 2 tsp
Cumin seed powder- 2 tsp
Garam masala- 3 tsp
Oil- 6 tsp
Salt to taste
One cup - Water

Method:

  1. First cut chicken without skin any size and wash hot water, then chicken, yogurt, Turmeric and 2 tsp oil marinate for one and half hour.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil, add red chilli and let onion fry till golden brown, then add the full small garlic, chillies powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and cumin seed all spicy fry five minutes.
  4. Then add chicken pieces and fry for 20 minutes then add garam masala and water cook for 5 minutes. chicken curry is ready.
  5. Serve well with Rice, Chapati, Naan.
