Vegetable Raita
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cucumber grated
1 carrot grated
3 spring onion (optional)
1 green chilli
2 stalks celery
1 medium tomato
1 onion
1 sprig coriander lesaves
Salt to taste
1/2 t cumin powder
Method:
- Finely chop spring onion , chilli, celery, tomato
onion and coriander leaves.
- Beat yogurt well and add the rest of the ingredi
ents. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before
serving. This raita is very healthy and good
for dieters.
