again. Here is a delicious raita recipe, and one my father recommends
for people with gas/ulcer problems. Try it out.

Carrot-Mooli Raita
Ingredients
2 carrots
1 large radish (the white variety)
1-2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Pinch of hing
2 cups thick yogurt (curds)
2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. oil
- Grate carrots and radish.
- Beat the yogurt and add salt and hing, stir well.
- Add the grated vegetables, and mix well.
- Heat oil, add mustard, when it splutters, add the chopped green chillies.
- Pour over the raita.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
