Capsicum Raita
Ingredients
2 Capsicums
2 cups yoghurt/curds
2 tsp salt
2 sprigs of fresh coriander
Seasoning:-
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 dry red chilli
oil
Method:
- Chop the Capsicums finely.
- In a pan splutter the mustard seeds in hot oil. Add crushed dry red
chillies & curry leaves. Add the capsicum & fry for 1 minute.
- Cool the mixture. Mix with yoghurt.
- Add salt & chopped coriander. Tastes good with parathas.
