Hello,
I am Sugandhi residing in Dubai, UAE, and am a housewife. My interest in cooking has been fuelled by the very fact that Dubai is a wonderful mix of different nationalities, with numerous types of restaurants catering to different pallettes. My husband is a great cook too, from whom I learnt many of my cooking ideas.
My in laws are all great cooks, I am contributing one my mother in law's receipes which I picked up. You can mix it with rice and eat it, its very delicious. Hope you ladies love it and just can't have enough of it, like we do. Happy cooking !
