Tomato Raitha
Ingredients
1 cup Yogurt
2 Tomatoes
1 Green Chilli
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chopped Cilantro
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry (2-3 tsp)
Method:
- Cut tomatoes into medium sized pieces.
- Cut green Chillies into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add Mustard seeds, green chillies, tomatoes and fry them for about 2-3 minutes and allow it to cool for sometime
- Take a small bowl, and add yogurt and the fried mixture.
- Add turmeric, some chilli powder and salt.
- Finally add the chopped corriander leaves.
