Tomato Raitha

Ingredients

1 cup Yogurt
2 Tomatoes
1 Green Chilli
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chopped Cilantro
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry (2-3 tsp)

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into medium sized pieces.
  2. Cut green Chillies into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Add Mustard seeds, green chillies, tomatoes and fry them for about 2-3 minutes and allow it to cool for sometime
  5. Take a small bowl, and add yogurt and the fried mixture.
  6. Add turmeric, some chilli powder and salt.
  7. Finally add the chopped corriander leaves.
