Hi, My name is Shefali and I reside with my husband in Dallas. I would like to share one quick 'n' easy recipe I learnt from my sis which is healthy too. Veggie Dip

Ingredients

1-2 cups thick curd (yogurt)
1/4 cup carrot finely grated
1/4 cup capsicum chopped fine
1/4 cup cabbage finely shredded
1/4 cup onion chopped fine
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 small green chilli chopped
salt to taste

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a thick dip and allow to cool for 15 mins. Its that simple!!
