Potato Raitha
Ingredients
4 potatoes, boiled,peeled and diced into small chunks
a small bunch of spring onions, chopped very fine
a small piece of ginger grated
2 tsp of jeera
3 tsp of finely chopped coriander
2 chilles, finely chopped
2 cups of yoghurt, beaten well
2 tsp of oil
Method
- Heat the oil in the pan and add jeera. After a 30 to
40 secs add ginger and chillies and fry well.
- Add
spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Once
they are done add salt and boiled potatoes and mix
well.
- Take it off the heat and add yoghurt and
garninsh it with coriander leaves. This is very tasty
with rotis or any rice preparations.
