Palak Cutlet
Ingredients
1 bunch Palak
3 boiled Potatotes
Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Chilli Coriander paste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup Rava
Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut palak and boil it.
- Take a bowl mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
- Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
- Add green peas and the palak, add the salt and make a dough.
- Make small cutlets out of this.
- Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava
covers the cutlet.
- Shallow fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
- Serve with Tamarind Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
