Hi,
I am Jyotsna. I live in Detroit. Cooking is my favourite passtime and I love to try new recipes. Here is my first recipe which I would like to share with everybody. My husband loves this very much. My e-mail id : jdhanavade@yahoo.com

Palak Cutlet

Ingredients

1 bunch Palak
3 boiled Potatotes
Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Chilli Coriander paste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup Rava
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut palak and boil it.
  2. Take a bowl mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
  3. Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
  4. Add green peas and the palak, add the salt and make a dough.
  5. Make small cutlets out of this.
  6. Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava covers the cutlet.
  7. Shallow fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
  8. Serve with Tamarind Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
