Pineapple Raita
Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped Pineapple
2 cups fresh Curds
2 tbsps of Milk
2 tbsps Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
A dash of Pepper
Salt
Method:
- Hang the curds for around 1/2 hour till the water drains off.
- Take the hung curd in a bowl and beat well till it is even.
- Add the milk, sugar, salt, pepper and fresh cream. Put in the refrigerator.
- Add the pineapple in the curds just before serving.
P.S: Do not put the pineapple together with the curd or else the raita
will turn bitter.
