Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken cut into small pieces - 500 grams
Freshly ground pepper (not smooth) - 3 tspns
Salt to taste
Onions chopped finely - 2 nos
Tomato chopped - 1
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
oil - 2 tspns
turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
vinegar (optional) - 1 1/2 tspn
Method
- Fry onions till golden brown it should turn crispy.
- Then add turmeric and pepper powder alongwith salt and stir.
- Add a little water to avoid burning.
- Then add tomatoes and mix well. Add in the chicken pieces and
mix again for 5 minutes.
- Add some water ,just a little since chicken cooks very fast.
- Cover the lid. Before removing from fire when there is still some water left you can add vinegar its optional.
- Stir again and remove from fire according to the required consistency you need.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
