Carrot Raita
Ingredients
2 nos- Carrot
1 cup Curd
3 tbsp roasted Peanuts(crushed)
1 tbsp - Green Chilli
4-5 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp- Oil
1 tsp-Mustard seeds
1 tsp-Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Coriander to garnish
Method:
- Peel the carrot and grated it.
- Take a sauce pan add oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, curry leaves
,chillies and let them splutter.
- Then add the carrot and the crushed peanuts. Saute it for some time.
- Take it out in a bowl and then add the curd ,salt and sugar.
- Mix it well and garnish with coriander it is ready to serve.
