I am Jyotsna again sending my second receipe. My first recipe was Palak Cutlet and was appreciated by all. Hope everybody will love this too.

Carrot Raita

Ingredients

2 nos- Carrot
1 cup Curd
3 tbsp roasted Peanuts(crushed)
1 tbsp - Green Chilli
4-5 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp- Oil
1 tsp-Mustard seeds
1 tsp-Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Coriander to garnish

Method:

  1. Peel the carrot and grated it.
  2. Take a sauce pan add oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, curry leaves ,chillies and let them splutter.
  3. Then add the carrot and the crushed peanuts. Saute it for some time.
  4. Take it out in a bowl and then add the curd ,salt and sugar.
  5. Mix it well and garnish with coriander it is ready to serve.
