Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
1 pound of ground Chicken
1 medium sized Onion
1 Egg
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt
1 tsp Pepper powder
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Hamburger Buns
Hamburger stacker pickle
1 Tomato
Mayonnaise
American Sliced Cheese
Method:
- Mince the onion and then mix the onion, ground chicken, chilli
powder, pepper powder, salt, egg and the bread crumbs together. Once
you have mixed the above ingridients, shape them into patties and then
shallow fry them.
- Once the meat is cooked, keep the burgers aside.
- Now take the hamburger bread, and coat it with mayonaise. Then
keep the burger on top of one slice of the bread. Next put a slice of
tomato and onion over this burger. Finally put the slice of American
cheese and pickled stacker.
- Next put the other slice of the hamburger
bread.
The yummy hamburger is all yours to enjoy now! Believe me your
gonna love every bite of it.
Note:You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken if you want.
For weight watchers: If you wanna have great food and watch your weight
at the same time,...then don't worry...you can use the grilling
machine (George Formann's lean mean grilling machine) to cook the
burgers. You don't have to add even a drop of oil. And guess what you can
use the low fat cheese slices...these really cut down on the calories.
So don't think that burgers are nor for you guys who are calorie
conscious...go ahead and indulge!
