Mushroom Paneer gravy
Ingredients
Mushroom 1 packet
Paneer 1 packet
Big onions 4,chopped
Tomato 2, chopped
Salt, Chilli powder to taste
Turmeric, a pinch
Jeera Powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala, a pinch
Butter 2 teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon
50 gms cashew nut ground to a paste
Coconut Milk one and a half tumbler (not too watery)
Method:
- Heat oil and butter in a pressure cooker
- Add onions and fry till light brown
- Add tomatoes and fry a little
- Add Paneer, Mushroom, Coconut milk, cashew paste and all the dry powders
- Keep in high flame and after a whistle keep in slow flame for 15 minutes.
- The aroma of the gravy will start coming from 10 minutes onwards.
