Banana Raita
Ingredients
1 Banana-peeled, sliced
1 Halapeno or equivalent of serrano Chillies
1 cup Yoghurt
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and Sugar as per taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except the mustard.
- Grind mustard with pestle into
a drypowder...add some water and again grind till a strong pungent aroma
of mustard emerges.
- Add pate to the raita...enjoy with Roti or Dal and
Rice.
