Whole Moong Sprouts Raita
Ingredients
Whole Moong sprouted - 1/4 cup
1 small Tomato chopped
1/2 cucumber chopped
2 tbspns grated carrot
1 small Onion chopped [optional]
Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as per taste
1 small Green Chilly
For garnishing:
Dalchini powder - 1 pinch
Rock Salt - 1 pinch
Red Chilli powder - 1 pinch
Black Pepper powder - 1 pinch
Coriander - 1 small bunch
Method:
Mix the whole moong sprouts, tomatoes, onion, chilly and carrots in a bowl with yoghurt, sugar and salt. Garnish with the above garnishing. Serve chilled with Parathas / Rice.
**You can boil the whole moong sprouts in microwave for 3 mts. And then use it for salad**
