Capsicum Raita

Ingredients

Capsicum 2-3
Curd 2cups
Roasted Peanut Powder 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder 1/2 tspn
Coconut 2 tblsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves little.

Method:

  1. Apply oil over capsicum and toast over the flame.
  2. In a bowl put curds and beat and add salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, peanut powder, coconut, little sugar and coriander leaves. Mix together properly.
  3. Scrape the black portion of capsicum and immerse in cold water and chop into small pieces and mix it to the curd mixture. Serve cold.

Serves : 3-4
