Chicken Pakoda
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken with medium pieces - 500 gm
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Onion paste - 2 tsp
Garlic Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Oil - 500 gm.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with its all ingredients. And refrigerate it for 35 minutes. Now deep fry it, and serve hot with any spicy Achar or any Veg. Salad.
