Hello, I'm Shaheen Ahmed from Abu Dhabi and this is one of my recipes which I am contributing to my most favourite recipe site. This is so easy to prepare especially when you have sudden guest or feel lazy.

Paal Masala

Ingredients

Chicken - 500 grams cut into medium pieces
Coriander leaves one bunch cleaned and chopped
Green chillies 6 nos
Pepper corns (Black) 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic paste 1 1/2 tspn
Oil 3 tspn
Water 2 cups

Method

  1. Grind in a blender coriander leaves, green chillies, pepper corns, ginger and garlic paste with little water keep aside.
  2. Then heat oil in a deep bottom vessel. When oil is a little hot, pour in the ground masala and let it bubble on slow heat.
  3. Then you add the chicken pieces and salt.
  4. Let it cook and simmer well.
  5. This dish can be eaten with rice or chappatis.

You can increase the number of green chillies, in case you like to very hot.
