Hello,
I'm Shaheen Ahmed from Abu Dhabi and this is one of my recipes which I
am contributing to my most favourite recipe site. This is so easy to
prepare especially when you have sudden guest or feel lazy.

Paal Masala
Ingredients
Chicken - 500 grams cut into medium pieces
Coriander leaves one bunch cleaned and chopped
Green chillies 6 nos
Pepper corns (Black) 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic paste 1 1/2 tspn
Oil 3 tspn
Water 2 cups
Method
- Grind in a blender coriander leaves, green chillies, pepper corns, ginger
and garlic paste with little water keep aside.
- Then heat oil in a deep bottom vessel. When oil is a little hot, pour
in the ground masala and let it bubble on slow heat.
- Then you add the chicken pieces and salt.
- Let it cook and simmer well.
- This dish can be eaten with rice or chappatis.
You can increase the number of green chillies, in case you like to very
hot.
