Hi,
I'm Mathi Krishnan from Seattle. This is my first contribution to Bawarchi. This Bhonda takes only a few minutes & it's easy to prepare. It can be served as an appetizer in the parties.

Instant Bhonda

Ingredients

Besan Flour 1 cup
Urid Dhal Flour 4 Tsp
Rice Flour 4 Tsp
Green Chillies 4
Onion 1 chopped
Ghee or Butter 1 Tsp
Few Curry leaves & Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Mix all the ingredients with enough water. In the meantime heat the oil. Deep fry in the oil. Take out when it turns golden brown. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney or Sambar.
