Wholesome Rajma Raita
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Curd (not sour)
I cup boiled Rajma
1 tbs Sprouted Moong (not very soft...put them in boiling water for about 5 mins)
1 each Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato cut into small cubes
1/2 cup Green Onions
2-4 Green Chillies finely cut
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)
Method:
- Whip the curd. Add salt, pepper, green chilllies, pinch of sugar.
- Add Mayonnaise (optional)
- Add all other ingredients, garnish with coriander.
- Put it in the Fridge to cool.
Serves 6 people. Goes well with Parathas, Rice, or even ....Gujarati Khichdi!!!
