Beans Curry

Ingredients

Beans 1 Cup (chopped)
Coconut 3 Tablespoons (grated)
Cummin seeds 1/4 tspoons
Ginger & Garlic paste 1/2 tspoon
Turmeric little
Chilli powder 1/2 tspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tablespoons

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds, then add beans.
  2. Close the pan with the lid and let the beans cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Now stir the beans till the water in it evaporates.
  4. Add ginger & garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  5. Stir for one more minute and then add grated coconut.
  6. Serve it with Roti's or Rice.
