Beans Curry
Ingredients
Beans 1 Cup (chopped)
Coconut 3 Tablespoons (grated)
Cummin seeds 1/4 tspoons
Ginger & Garlic paste 1/2 tspoon
Turmeric little
Chilli powder 1/2 tspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds, then add beans.
- Close the pan with the lid and let the beans cook for about 10 minutes.
- Now stir the beans till the water in it evaporates.
- Add ginger & garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Stir for one more minute and then add grated coconut.
- Serve it with Roti's or Rice.
