Hi,
I am Jharna again to share some Bengali recipe. This is known as Neem-Bagun, means brinjal with neem leaves. Hope you enjoyed it also.

Neem-Bagun

Ingredients

Fresh Neem Leaves - 1 cup
Brinjal small pcs - 1 cup
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp.

Method:

  1. Simple fry the neem leaves, without oil and crushed it.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil. After tempering it add jeera, and when it turns brown add brinjal pcs. Add salt and turmeric powder and cook it. When it turns soft, add the crushed neem leaves and mix them all.
  3. Serve it with rice. You can stored the crushed neem leaves for many days, and when you wants to made it, simple use it.
