Cabbage & Peas Kadi
Ingredients
1/4 kg. Cabbage
200 gms Pea
1/4 cup curds
1 tsp rice
1/4 tsp tur dal
1 cashew-nut
3 green chillies
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
Method
- Boil peas and cabbage. Add salt.
- Soak rice, tur dal and cashew in a little water.
- Grind coconut, chillies and the soaked items with curds
- Pour in the ground mixture in the boiled vegetables. Pour in some water, if
too thick.
- Boil for 2 minutes.
- Season with mustard seeds.
