Chicken Fry

Ingredients

400 gms Tender Chicken
Oil - 1/3 cup
Onion-1 finely chopped

For Grinding

1 tsp-Dania powder
2 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
Cloves - 6-7
Cinnamon-small stick
Elaichi - 2 (peel the skin)
Onion- medium-size- 1
Tomato-mediumd - size- 1
Ginger-1 1/2 inch
Garlic-1 big
Corinder leaves
Mint leaves
1/4 spoon- Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Grind the above ingridents into smooth paste.
  2. Boil the chicken for 10 mimutes with 2 cloves, a small stick of cinamon to avoid the boiling smell.
  3. Take the oil in Kadai, season it with some onions, cloves, elaichi and bay leaves.
  4. Let the onions be fried till golden brown add the boiled chicken, fry for 2 minutes and then add the masala paste let it cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Decorate it with coriander. If you want it to be like a gravy you can add 1/2 liter of water. Hope you ll enjoy it.
