My name is Sridevi and I am from California. Well actually many people don't like radish but here is a curry made out of radish, so if you can go ahead and enjoy it.

Radish Curry

Ingredients

2 medium sized Radish
1 Onion chopped
1 large Tomato chopped
1/2 tspn of Ginger Garlic paste
Curry Leaves
Little amount of Mustard, Jeera and Urad dal added up.
Salt
Chilli Powder
Dhaniya Powder

Method:

  1. Cut the radish in round thin circles.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and put the mustard, jeera and urad dal together and after little add the curry leaves and ginger garlic paste, after getting brown add the onions and let them soften.
  3. Add tomatoes and let them soften and now add the radish and do not use any water and let the radish fry in the oil.
  4. Put the salt immediately after putting the radish, it will take about 20 to 30 minutes for it to turn brown and now put the chilli powder accordingly, and keep it for another five to ten minutes, and before bringing it down put the dhaniya powder. Hope you will enjoy this.
