I am Aruna Bhagat, from Doha Qatar. Here, I am contributing a recipe of Baghara Dahi to our readers.

Baghara Dahi

Ingredients

Yoghurt (Dahi) - one cup
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - one stalk
Garlic - three flakes
Cooking oil - one tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.
  2. Heat for two minutes.
  3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
  4. Fry for a while.
  5. Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.
  6. Put salt to taste. Swich off the fire.

Baghara Dahi is ready
Serve with paratha or hot rice.
