Baghara Dahi
Ingredients
Yoghurt (Dahi) - one cup
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - one stalk
Garlic - three flakes
Cooking oil - one tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.
- Heat for two minutes.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
- Fry for a while.
- Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.
- Put salt to taste. Swich off the fire.
Baghara Dahi is ready
Serve with paratha or hot rice.
