Ingredients

For Seasoning

Oil: 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds ,
Cumin seeds,
Split Pigeon Peas,
Split Black Gram

Other Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour
Oil
Curd-little
Water
Sugar-1 tbsp

For Curry:

Potatoes-5 medium size
Onions-4 medium size
Chillies-6
Lemon water-1/4 cup
Ginger -Garlic Paste-little
Turmeric-1/4 sp
Salt to taste
Curry powder-1 tsp
Masala (any)-little
Tomatoes-2 medium size

Method:

  1. Prepare dough with whole wheat flour, add sugar, curd, oil, and water and prepare dough, leave aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients. Add onions and fry till brown and add chillies and ginger -garlic paste and tomatoes. Now add potatoes and pour salt, curry powder, turmeric and masala, after curry is prepared--- add lemon water.
  3. Make round balls with dough and press it to thin film by rolling on. Place the above prepared curry over that and fold the edges, close completely and heat in the oven for 5 min at low temperature or heat over pan.
  4. Serve Hot
